Celery-Lime Green Detox Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh celery, washed and chopped

  • Juice of 1–2 limes (to taste)

  • 1/2–1 cup cold water (as needed)

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1 green apple

    Fruits & Vegetables
  • A small piece of fresh ginger

  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add chopped celery to a blender or juicer.

  2. Pour in fresh lime juice and cold water.

  3. Blend on high until completely smooth.

  4. If desired, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother juice.

  5. Taste and adjust lime juice or water as needed.

  6. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.
