Whipped Cream & Assembly
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. The cream should be light, smooth, and able to hold its shape without becoming stiff or grainy.
- Once the pavlova shells are fully cooled, gently spoon or pipe whipped cream into the center of each heart, filling the shallow well generously.
- Top with fresh raspberries and sliced strawberries, arranging them neatly so each pavlova looks vibrant and abundant.
