🄣 Instructions

1. Cook the pasta

  1. Bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions (usually 8–10 minutes).
  3. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.

2. Make the garlic butter sauce

  1. In a large pan, meltĀ 3 tbsp butterĀ over medium heat.
  2. Add theĀ garlicĀ and cook forĀ 1 minute, until fragrant (don’t brown it).
  3. AddĀ red pepper flakesĀ if you like a little heat.

3. Combine
